A residential and commercial quarter between Reidi Road and the harbour
What we plan:
- commercial and residential buildings lined with Reidi Road promenade and a linear park between the buildings
- the buildings are articulated in such a way that views and pleasant sunlight are guaranteed
- various business and service spaces on the first floors of the buildings

What we plan:
- a calmer 28-meter-wide promenade for pedestrians and cyclists will run parallel to the Reidi Road promenade, with plenty of greenery between the buildings
- entry and exit to the harbor is primarily concentrated on Pikksilma street, car traffic is calmed down and reduced in the new quarter
